Responsible for general administrative support to HR and clerical functions including but not limited to including provider contract management, licensing, auditing, privileging and credentialing. Assists with employee paperwork including onboarding, credentialing, re-credentialing and enrollment paperwork, data input and tracking. Typical credentialing functions include, but are not limited to, verification of professional licensing, training, and certifications of professional medical staff, updating and maintaining database with the requirement that all employed healthcare professionals and services meet all applicable federal and state medical standards. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely basis.


  • High School graduation or equivalency
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry, governance, and work
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.


  • 2 years experience in a medical credentialing role.
  • Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification.
  • Experience using Microsoft Access.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
