Responsible for inventory management of clinical and non-clinical supplies across the organization. Role works to develop, maintain, and record inventory counts as well as applicable purchasing, reporting, and analysis. Works with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure continuity in supply chain as well as budgetary alignment for supplies.


  • Maintains and accurate, timely and current requisition/procurement system.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure that overall supply chain is being met in accordance with budget for the organization
  • Responsible for participating in the inventory management process, supporting departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating waste and over stocking, and reduce aged inventory
  • Maintains relationships with suppliers and assists with cost analysis for purchases of supplies.
  • Keeps record of contractual services:
    • Verifies contract payments according to contract limits or payment schedule
    • Prepares annual tax forms as needed
    • Maintains corporate files on all contractual service and supplier vendors
  • Responsible for organization and implementation of supply storage, and record keeping associated with storage of records and equipment.
  • Assists Accountant Department with appropriate budget and cost reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain par levels within clinics and document guidance on maintaining these levels
  • Evaluates potential donation of equipment and supplies to ensure that items are appropriate for use by the corporation prior to acceptance.
  • Maintains inventory on donated and idle equipment and property for the corporation. Reports periodically on the availability of these items to division and other corporate leaders.
  • Assists in the completion of periodic cycle and physical inventory counts


  • 2 years of Healthcare related Supply Chain experience
  • Proficient use of supply chain related systems including but not limited to data analysis, procurement, and inventory.
  • Demonstrable multitasking and organization skills


  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or 4 years of experience with Healthcare Supply Chain.
  • Data base applications, Crystal Reports and financial report writing capabilities.
