Billing Charge Poster

A Billing Charge Poster is responsible for data entry of charges, adjustments, balancing the posting and end of day reports.

DUTIES

1. Accurately enter and/or approve all charges from encounters.
2. Enter required adjustments on accounts.
3. Submit posted batches and reports for daily quality control and recordkeeping.


QUALIFICATIONS

1. Strong computer skils and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
2. Strong office/data entry skills.
3. Detail oriented and have the ability to work independently.
4. Basic understanding of standard accounting concepts related to accounts receivable.
