GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Trainer is responsible for the development, coordination, presentation and evaluation of clinical training and development programs in order to assure Terry Reilly has a qualified and competent workforce. Analyzes corporate training needs and develops solutions to grow the work force by engaging outside content experts or delivering training directly.  Demonstrates the ability to multitask, with strong verbal and written communication skills and effective stress management. This position requires working collaboratively with stakeholders from multiple divisions including but not limited to medical, dental, behavioral health and administrative team members. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Nurse/LPN License with the State of Idaho
  • Specialized training or certificate and/or related experience in the field of education, training, and employee development.
  • 3-5 years of Healthcare Industry experience
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of the Training and Development Plan.
  • Strong communication skills, spelling skills and proficient computer skills
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
  • Ability to handle stress related to demanding or difficult team members, competing priorities, and changing processes.
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity
  • Proven computer and database management skills.
