GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Using professionalism, effective communication, pharmacotherapy knowledge, and systems-based care provide direct patient care under the purview of TR Collaborative Practice Agreement and the Idaho Board of Pharmacy Prescriptive Authority Protocol Terms of Use.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current State of Idaho Pharmacist license.
- One year post graduate residency training or minimum of three years clinical pharmacy experience.
