Counseling Manager

The Counseling Manager provides support to the Allumbaugh House Program Director and Nursing Manager by organizing and evaluating behavioral health services.  This includes clinical care practices, staff training and development.  Assesses patient needs and provides behavioral health service.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.  Current Idaho professional license or applicable certification, e.g. LPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, ACADC or CADC.

2.  Successful clearance of Department of Health of Welfare Criminal Background Check.

3.  Minimum of 2 years experience delivering care within the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.

4.  Minimum of 1 year experience delivering behavioral health care within a clincial mental health setting.

5.  Understanding and adherence to the ethical standards of the respective licensure board.
