Electronic Health Records Support Specialist
Candidate will serve as the front-line technical support to users of the electronic health record system. Candidate must have ability to train new users and seek opportunities to train current users. Also, will support through monitoring system queues and perform maintenance tasks to support data exchanges.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Advanced computer skills.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Candidate must have excellent one-on-one and group presentations and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience running reports using Crystal Reports.
2. Extensive understanding of database basics.
