Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Candidate will be responsible for keeping Terry Reilly Health Services facilities and grounds in top working order and appearance.  The position is one of a working manager and is expected to perform many of the duties of those the candidate supervises.

1.  Supervise facility maintenance staff.

2.  Coordinate building, grounds and equipment repairs and maintenance throughout the corporation.

3.  Maintains and reports, as necessary, on corporate work order system.

4.  Coordinate with purchasing accounting specialist, bid documents and specifications for repair, custodial, and other facility related contracts.

5.  Ensure heating/cooling systems are in proper working order and regularly maintained.

6.  Oversees contracted work to ensure high quality.

7.  Supervises and performs ground maintenance duties; mowing, raking, weeding, spraying for weeds, planting and irrigating. 

8.  Supervises and performs buildings; basic carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, painting, assembly and roofing.

Qualifications:

1.  Must be able to deliver quality solutions within financial constraints.

2.  Experience managing contracts.

3.  Candidate must be able to work independently and priortize workload.

4.  Strong customer service skills required.

5.  Candidate must be detail oriented, have attention to detail and be a team player.
