IT Support Supervisor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides oversight to IT personnel in support of end users on a variety of hardware support issues. Supports work of enterprise level technology solutions including troubleshooting, reporting, system updates, installations, monitoring and testing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years' experience with Experience with IT Hardware support in a professional environment. Proven customer service skills and ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize.
  • 2 years' experience with personnel and/or project subject matter expertise and leadership
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and foster collaboration amongst diverse work groups.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and follow-up.
  • Self-starter and a problem solver.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Windows Clients, Microsoft Office, and basic LAN/WAN concepts.
  • Window Server maintenance.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware.
