Information Technology Support Specialist

Full-time

40 hours a week

Provides support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots standard hardware and software on Terry Reilly computer systems.

DUTIES

1. Provides user support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and all other authorized programs.

2. Performs regular maintenance on computer systems.

3. Identifies, researches, and resolves computer-related technical problems.

4. Downloads, tests, and installs patches for all software installs.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience with Windows Clients, Microsoft Office, and basic LAN/WAN concepts.

2. Excellent customer service skills.

3. Able to lift 50 lbs.

4. Able to stoop, bend, and work from a ladder.

5. CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification helpful.

6. Must have reliable transportation.
