GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for providing diverse administrative support to the processes, workflows, and day to day functional tasks of the Patient Access leadership team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three years experience in a responsible administrative field.
• Knowledge of insurance payors.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EPIC.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Is a self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational abilities, detail oriented, and able to effectively prioritize.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must possess hearing and verbal abilities appropriate for telephone and customer duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of the health care field.
• Competency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred
