GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES      

The Pharmacy Director is responsible for strategic direction of pharmacy services within Terry Reilly. This leader will ensure quality and continuity of services including drug distribution, drug information services, and patient and staff education relating to proper use of pharmaceuticals. This role will strategically partner with various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within the organization in the spirit of an integrated care model to patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of retail pharmacy related experience
• 2+ years of document leadership via supervision, project, or clinical initiative
• Pharmacist license in Idaho.
• Documented success in both written and spoken communications skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
• Experience with computerized pharmacy software products, workflows and solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Health Center and/or FQHC setting.
• Knowledge of Spanish (Ability to speak, read, and write).
• Budgeting and contract administration experience.
• Experience with 340(b) contracts and pricing.
