Practice Management Analyst

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordination, analysis, and presentation of corporate reports and data. To include data collection, advanced analytics, research projects, and coordination of monthly reporting, as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Create, maintain, and communicate practice data to include schedule utilization, productivity, empanelment, and other reports as needed.
  • Facilitates patient panel management activity, to include an accurate list of active patients for each provider.
  • Create, and maintain, monthly dashboards.
  • Develop and utilize reports for the evaluation of individual, and departmental, practices.
  • Utilize reporting to ensure that provider schedules align with set organizational standards.
  • Develop and foster working relationships with internal working counterparts to facilitate productive exchanges of information to improve practice efficiencies.
  • Provide data, information, and reports, as needed, for other business units within the organization.
  • Analysis of corporate, department, and program data/processes for use in management decision making.
  • Identification of practice utilization trends, using data, compilation of analysis reports, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate data collection efforts across multiple systems and collaborate with automated system owners on best reporting methods.
  • Works with the Director of Clinic Administration in identifying, designing, and implementing any necessary system improvements throughout Terry Reilly clinics.
  • Ensures requests for information are handled promptly and effectively and staff maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Ensures that standard departmental communication processes are met.
  • Supports the department, aids, as needed.
  • Advocates Terry Reilly's policies and procedures and standards of excellence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • 1-2 years' experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data. To include preparing oral and written reports of study findings and recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing practice management data and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience interpreting statistical and narrative information.
  • Advanced skillset using excel and/or other statistical software.
  • Knowledge of management practices, organizational design, and methods of information collection.
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with data reporting platforms, manipulation, and visualization
  • Development of dashboards and data reports.
  • In-depth knowledge, and understanding, of the standard operations of a healthcare practice.
