Psychiatric Registered Nurse

The Psychiatric Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team members.  Responsibilities include the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment for patients focusing on the integration of Behavioral Health Services with the Medical Division.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.  Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.

2.  Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of idaho.

3.  Minimum of 2 years experience with inpatient/outpatient psyche.

4.  Understanding and adherence to ethical standards of the respective licensure board.

5.  Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preffered Qualifications:

1.  Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.

2.  Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as electronic medical records.  (EMR)
