RN Supervisor

Full Time RN Supervisor needed in Caldwell!

Terry Reilly Health Services is seeking a RN Supervisor to provide day-to-day coordination and supervision of floor nursing duties and patient flow. No nights required. Candidate should possess exceptional clinical leadership abilities with critical thinking skills. RN Supervisors ensure support for clinicians, foster teamwork, promote quality patient care, and implement protocols, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for direct patient care and desire to serve an underserved patient population.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Current state of Idaho licensure.

* 1+ years' prior experience in a lead, charge or supervisory Registered Nurse position.

* 5+ years' RN experience in a med-surg and/or outpatient clinical setting.

* Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work flow needs.

* Previous experience working with training plans and performance appraisals.

* Strong computer skills.

* Must be knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines.
