Responsible for support of day-to-day Human Resources operations under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager with a focus on general recruitment and placement of non-licensed staff. The Recruiter is responsible for development and administration of non-licensed general staff recruiting program to meet the workforce needs across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 4-6 years human resources/recruiting experience and post high school education or equivalent experience.
2. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent written communication skills.
4. A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Is professional in appearance and manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 5 + years human resources experience with PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
2. Experience using Microsoft Access.
3. Bilingual in English/Spanish.
