School-Based Therapist - Supervisor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES      

Provide clinical and administrative supervision of staff assigned to the School-Based Clinical Therapist Program.  Will ensure effectiveness and consistency of therapeutic procedures, administrative procedures and adherence to corporate policies. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Current and unrestricted professional license in the state of Idaho (LCPC, LCSW).
• Approved supervisor with the State of Idaho Counseling or Social Work Board.
• Experience working with underserved populations; knowledge, commitment and sensitivity to the special needs of homeless people and substance users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess better than average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• CANS certification for the State of Idaho.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid LCSW, LCPC or equivalent in the State of Idaho.
• Minimum 4 years clinical work experience with at least 2 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience working in a medical setting, community health setting, or as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Training or certifications in trauma-informed interventions (such as EMDR or DBT).
• Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.
• Familiarity with State of Idaho Health & Welfare Mental Health system.
